I chanelled this short piece quite a while ago from spirit. I thought I would share it with you all. I hope you like it.
Be who you want to be, not who you’re expected to be. Accepting who you are is of prime importance in the quest to find your true self. Be not influenced by the demands and stresses of the outside world, for they will only be influenced by what your thoughts and reactions are and this is the key to understanding yourself. The past has gone, the future is not here, only the present do you exist in. Only in the present can you have the power to change your life and attitudes towards others. Do not be locked in the past, for whatever experiences you had, no matter how bad, that’s all they were, just experiences. We can all learn and grow from our experiences in life and there is always goodness to come from any situation, but only if we can put aside our attitudes and emotions, even momentarily, to reveal the true worth of God’s teachings.
Know that you are unique and special, one of a kind and not just a number to make up the numbers. Everyone has something to offer, to give and receive. Even the smallest gesture, word or kind act can help someone to get through their day that little bit easier.
We all have the gift of spreading the light of our Lord throughout this world. We were born from the light and that love and beauty is part of us forever. It exists in us today and gives us the power to live our life through love and compassion and understanding. Learn not to judge and condemn people, try to understand them for who they really are, not who they appear to be. For in understanding who they truly are, we do away with prejudice, pre-judgment, scorn and the like. We then understand more about ourselves and others, learning to grow and embrace life without barriers, attitudes, or cynicism towards other people and their way of life. We learn that we are not alone. We are never alone. We are all brothers and sisters, helping and carrying each other through our earth life. The realization that we are all brothers and sisters, all as one in god’s presence, is the next big step for the people of earth. The change in consciousness is beginning, to take mankind to the next level, bringing us closer together than ever before.

Thats lovely its reminds me of my hubbie on holidays in july, a friend of ours he did not like much always complaining she is this and that, so the next thing i heard myself saying to him she has been through a lot look beyond your judgment and see her through new eyes, he must of listened to my words because he said a few days later, saying i think she is ok i like her lol, i just smiled and thanked my guides and angels for there help. i know we can change i have.
