After coming through the sun I found myself in a jungle, one of my guides Catherine was there to meet me and Hawk also came. I asked where are we going, and Catherine pointed to deep in the jungle growth, Hawk said she would help us find our way as she had been here many times. We walked downhill a little from where we were and through the most glorious, richest flora, heaving with plants, thick with the tallest trees and animals about. It was humid, the air was scented heavily with nature. We arrived at a clearing and for what seems like miles all I could see were Mayan temples and buildings, they towered upwards. Why are we here I asked Hawk and was led inside one of the temples where a Mayan elder met with us, then he stepped aside and Little Rock came forward – well I was thinking – how out of place are you – shouldn’t I be seeing you in the Indian Village. He smiled knowingly, think he must have read my thoughts. He explained that the American Indians travelled many times to this village over the land mass which has now gone. For what purpose I asked. We both share the belief in mother moon and father sun child, we live our lives according the heartbeat of mother earth, we both follow the cycles of the seasons and the journey of the stars. We are one family, brothers and sisters of man, we meet to share the knowledge and to protect mother earth. We must both protect and share this knowledge with brother/sister man, we all can do this. We went down steps into a cavern where I was shown healing stones and quartz crystal, Little Rock said these stones were the keepers of the knowledge for a time when mankind was ready to listen. I embraced Little rock and left the temple with Hawk and Catherine. We walked back towards the sun, I was still a bit puzzled as to why I’d come but Hawk seemed satisfied. I turned to hug Hawk before going through the sun and thought Oh I cant do that cos you’re a bird after all, but Hawk changed into a young rave wearing a Hawk head-dress and I was ale to hug and thank him. I said goodbye to Catherine and she handed me a piece of tree bark, Little Rock wants you to have this she said. I looked at it, puzzled but thanked her none the less. I came back through the sun. Here I am now, still wondering about the bark and the location, but very relaxed and content. (also thinking to myself, thought Hawk was a girl bird, oops hope no hard feeling there)

As for me, all I remember is being wrapped up in warmth and feeling very snug

If i am completely honest i felt a breeze on my face as soon as i started, i then felt like there was someone at the foot of the couch (my grandma she only died last week) i then freaked myself a bit and started thinking it could not be her as it seemed to soon and i think i closed down, after that i just enjoyed a twenty minute nap

Here is how I got on.

I went straight up through the heart of the sun as I teach all my pupils to do, I then found myself on the beach and thought, oh! great the same as last week as again there were seven horses waiting for me as I mounted one the other six surrounded me, we rode along the sand and just as I thought I must look for the dolphins I heard a voice saying "you do not need to see, you know you have much Manna from spirit", the next thing I knew was I was going up a gentle incline, still with the horses, I then came to a halt and in front of me were four ancient ones three I knew one was new to me if he wasn't I didn't recognise him, I sat in front of them as though in front of a committee, I had a book on my lap, which co-insides with something I was shown the other day, it was blank, the horses were encircling us as I looked at the book I realised that word were starting to appear yet it was not I who was writing, I asked to be able to remember these words as they were very profound, I was told by one of the ancient ones that when I came to write it down the words would come back to me, so my brothers and sisters on NLH here they are.

Children of the Earth, you are being asked to come together to unite as one as your Great Mother the Earth is Crying, she is weak there has been much damage inflicted upon her and she complains not, she continues to give of herself, you are therefore asked to send healing to her to her very core, she was once so beautiful and undamaged that is why we gave her to you and that is why she was happy to give of herself, she nurtures you, from the moment you leave spirit until your return and yes among you here are those who cherish her. We ask that you also send healing thoughts to the Governments and people who class themselves as Rulers, for they are not bad people, only misguided and foolish for they do not recognise spirit before them, if they can not see, feel, touch, hear or taste then it can not be so,you see Children of the Earth, they are, just as many of your people are, wrapped in materialism and think that as long as it is not on their doorstep then it does not really effect them, and here we say YES, it does effect you for the day is coming when you shall be made to face that which is under your nose.
We are not saying to condemn those who do not feel as you do, yet to send LOVE, for that is the key, LOVE for all.
Give thanks to all that you eat and drink for Mother Earth gives this too you with LOVE, yet there are those who poison her in order for profit, again we are not saying you should only eat certain things what we are saying is if you eat it give thanks to it for the abundance on your table.
Now we know there are those among you who will decry these words as scaremongering and to you we say you have freedom of thought, word and action, if you choose to think this way then so be it.
Children of the Earth you are being asked to come together as one in order to bring this energy to your beautiful Great Mother, it shall be given to you to channel into the Earth each time you sit together and to the Grandmothers, we say your work is important and you too shall help in the great healing task for if it is not carried out then Dear Children of the Earth, your Mother will PERISH.

I then found the book closed and I was back on the horse and very gently meandering back along the beach at one point I met my guide and he helped me to dismount as we hugged I felt the energy from him pass into me a feeling of being able to do whatever I put my mind to was filling me and he told me not to listen to those who wanted to stop me from doing what needs to be done as I knew what needed to be done and just get on with it, if others don't want to listen or walk with me then I must go forward in strength and love, it was time to fly.

I got back on the horse, and well all this off and on business is getting, hey! can't I just walk by it's side, as we went to the far end of the beach I , here we go again, got off the horse, and stood in the center as all seven horses were encircling me, I stood for a few moments soaking in their energy, with all this energy, WOW.

I then came back through the sun and brought my awareness back to the room.

Sorry this is a little late Will try to remember as much as I can.


My medi started off a bit shakily, as I couldn't concentrate at first (I could hear my parents watching the TV and there was something about Queen on! I blocked it out eventually ) As with a lot of my medis, I was in a corridor and saw my guides, one at a time. I walked through different doors and discovered each in turn. Then we were back in the corridor. I remember walking through another door into an open field with a pond in the center. I remember the place as it's where I first met my first guide properly. I can't remember what happened next (as I said, I should have posted this before...). The next thing I remember is being at another place I visit during some medis. It's a place I know and have been; a rocky beach near where I work. It's really peaceful there, and is where I met my third guide. It was night this time and I could hear the waves coming up to the rock I was sitting on and was watching the stars. I then got up and walked across to the fort nearby, running all the way, and climbed up to the roof. I've got a make-shift meditation spot there and went to sit and look across the sea and the cliff. Looked over the cliff then walked across to the other side of the fort and sat on the opposite edge. I lay back and watched the stars and the last whisps of cloud. I've done it before without falling so knew I was safe I closed my eyes and was back in the corridor, leading out to another area of the coast. I (for some unknown reason to me) started walking into the sea and just swam really far out. And I mean really far out. (CF, strangely enough, I saw a bird I thought was an eagle or a hawk around here). Can't remember anything after this, so I'm assuming that's where it ended.

Your meditation sonded lovely, very relaxing and although I did not see you when I flew over the sea I trust that you were with us on a different level, in another aspect of the sun.

I was interrupted not long after I started my meditation.

What I remember is:
I started in an egg of light that transformed and became a blossom which slowly opened..
I unfolded myself and stepped out and I found I could see in all directions. I believe I was high in a tree...
I felt that I was like a spider and needed to send web out in many directions.

I was a little unsure which way to start...(so much to do ,so many choices ,don't make it too thin, )...
I was just resting my mind on these words and wondering what they meant ...when all of a sudden ....
"Mom? I need a ride"....I was abruptly brought out/down....

I am very humbled by the clarity of remembering and level of writing that many of you share with regards to the meditations on NLH... :notworthy:

If I can just say here that the clarity comes with practise and also writing it down as soon as you come out of the meditation, as I have found due to my absent memory if I don't write it down immediately then I forget bits and it annoys me as I feel then that I am letting the process of meditation down as half the message is gone, that is why it is good that we put our mediation on here as perhaps if someone has been connected with you in the mediation something you write may jog their memory if they think they have forgotten something.

And if I can just add that most of you know I have a development circle on a Thursday night to which I am honoured to have Cactus Flower in and others who are just as enlightened as I am, the amazing thing is that the writing I got from Spirit in my mediation one of the sitters got almost word for word on the Tuesday morning, she told us of this on Thursday night and Cactus Flower and I looked at one another and smiled.

My point here is that it is good to share you meditations as we could all be linked in someway within them and how else would we know if no one posts what they get.

I am sorry if I am speaking out of turn here I just think it is important, and just because someone gets oodles and oodles of information, never feel that your meditation is any less important then anyone else's as it could hold the vital piece of information that someone is needing.
