After going through the sun found myself in the most beautiful place, waterfall, pool, greenery, high sloping cliffs around waterfall and so tranquill. Was met by a group of children including one of my guides Catherine. I thought to myself - great are we going for a swim then - but the children took me to a clearing by the pool where we all sat down together. It was like a camp without the camp fire. I had this overwhelming urge to be vocal and I began to do Oooooooo then it turned into Om and I was off. I dont know where the voice came from but it was loud and powerful and sooooo not mine. Over and over Om until I felt the energy build and build - wow - still on I went, I dont usually have this sort of control with my breathing I was thinking to myself. I could hear everyone joining me and I dont think it was just the children, we were resonating, it was marvellous. After what seemed like an age I stopped and asked - have we raised the energies enough - and I was answered by a voice I did not see but a presence I could feel all around - yes child you have done well. I was pleased by this and began to ask why I was at the place and time in my life I had arrived at today - the answer - you are right where you need to be, I am always with you, ask for me and I am there. Then the children ran to the pool - it was time to swim and play together, to wash away the physical day and renew. It was lovely in the pool. When I got out I did not want to leave it was so beautiful by the waterfall. I hugged Catherine and waved to the children and went back through the sun (grudgingly)

I want to go back there right away but I guess it will have to wait until another meditation, another day. Spirit please take the healing energy and use it well.
