Tonight I took my new golden calcite crystal into the room where I do my meditations, I usually have crystals out as it helps the energies.
On most meditations I journey and usually meet with someone in spirit and we talk or play or I have a lesson of sorts, but tonight was very different. I did not experience any colours either - only a glorious light which seemed to enfold me and I just drifted off with it and stayed within it for about half an hour. The light was both golden and white at the same time and I was so relaxed that when I drifted back into the room I felt just like a feather on the breeze. 
It was really lovely and I felt so calm and peaceful afterwards. I am not even going to try to analyse my med - I am just going to enjoy feeling this good for as long as it lasts.
