how do you guys and girls contact your sirits or do they contact you when they want and if so how do you know that they are there.

everyone has different ways and feel different things but for you i say go to ra chi's web site she will ahve you need to know on how to make contact and will tell you how to ground and protect yourself as well. But it does also take time it is a lesson i believe in patience if nothing else, they teach us from the start even without us realising it.

I call mine in during a meditation. It took a while mind

I can feel them quite easily now and often see them.
I've only got 2 names so far though. Just take your time.

Hi Free Spirit,
Your Spirits, (guides), are with you all the time. They will watch over you and you can ask them for help and protection at any time..
The fact that you might not know them matters not...
You don't need a name, you may not even have a visual image..
If you feel a need to contact them, no harm on that, many people do...then the best way to reach them as far as I know is on "medi" or when in a medi state..
They will come to you when you least expect it, savour the moment for it can be very quick..
If you call in spirits take care with your words, ask that they come with love and good intentions...
In other words don't go to sleep with the front door open for "any spirit to visit" , be selective, ground and protect..
Don't expect too much...but wait and see..
And they will contact you in one way or another if there is a need..even if you do not ask..
This is as I see it..

In my experience, patience works best! They won't come to you if they don't feel you're ready, so just sit tight and (in theory) things will happen in due time.

A tickle on the back of the neck
Ask them what they want to use
When you have that, you can ask questions that have a yes or no answer
