I will be watching this topic with interest, as I have just got a book off the interenet, about 'Shamanism and the Ley Lines'.

Not too sure about using the rattle around the house, as I KNOW the lad will think I have totally lost it And the dog will think it is a new toy to play with

my goodness it is great to see such interest.
Rattles can be homemade to suit our individual tasted. My first rasttle was an empty spice jar into which i put some crystals. At my first Shamanic course we were shaking our rattles and the bottom fell out of my jar and the crystals went flying. lol I still dont know if this was the power os spirit or maybe i was rattling too hard.

Some of you have already got books>>> that is brilliant.

Some have already had the "shamanic experience".
