Well I thought I would get this one going then. This will be the place to be if you want to share your experiences of Aromatherapy, Reflexology,Indian Head Massage, and any other massage technique that you may have an interest in.
I'm trying to learn accupressure but not got very far with it yet!
I thought it would be nice if we post things like fave oil blends, and best combinations to use for various conditions like insomnia, headaches, tummy upsets..anything you can think of.
Also if you have a question fire away....I have many books on the subject, and if I don't know the answer you can bet I know someone who does
