What should we do when we havent behaved in a very Reiki "way...?"
Im struggling at the moment to be fully good... banghead.gif

laughing[1].gif it takes time to become a saint, just keep realising thats not the way you want to be and try to do better next time, it takes a few years but eventually the old habits do get the message and nicer habits eventually start to take over biggrinlove.gif

so unless you murdered someone, let it go and put it down to a lesson in how you dont want to behave.

Oh now forgive yourself first, then remember first we are human. We hurt, we anger, we cry.....sometimes it is unreasonable the hurt we cause or are caused so...stop a moment and breathe (I say this alot, folks forget how to breathe!). Center, fold your hands and bring them to your lips, close your eyes and breathe with your belly slowly in then blow soft thru gentle lips out thru your hands at the thumbs. Do this til you feel the gentle waves start, then open and let it all go. Then begin anew and fresh! We all get this way, the trick is to nip it in the bud and fix it then move along in a good way. balloons903.gif

Hiya

Well as said here we are human first...

Yes it takes a while to drop old habits etc..but they eventually go..but we will get hicups along the way...

Just accept and try to move on

We can't always live by the principles, as we do worry, anger etc. As I was taught by my master and as I teach now, always do your best to live by the principles, and that if one does happen to fall by the wayside, then apologise, learn from it, pick yourself up and carry on, there is always the next day to try again.

I'm one of the angriest people I know biggrin.gif but I don't let that stop me doing good things too.

It's about awareness I feel. if you know there are things to improve, then you are empowered to do something about it. At least you recognise you're not being very 'reiki' so you can choose to change that smile.gif

As other's have said; don't beat yourself up; you're giving yourself a wonderful gift - the ability to learn forgiveness first hand hug.gif

Also, when I'm doing reiki it brings me out of my anger, so maybe there is learning in that too...........

I don't know what you 'issue' is, but the priniciple is the same BlowHearts.gif
