Here is a guide for those who are unsure of how to open and close their chakras properly. These exercises also include grounding and protection.This is the way I work but obviously everyone is different. What works for one does not necessarily work for another !

If there are referals to ethereal crystals you can subsitute these for other forms of healing - the essence of the meditation will still be the same.
