biggrin.gif I thought these visualisations may be of some help to those who need a little guidance on how to remotely link in to people i.e when trying to send distance healing. blink.gif Again, these were also used with the Ethereal Crystal Workshop section so if there are indicators to ethereals these do not necessarily have to be used.

Whilst these visualisations work for me they may not be everyone's cup of tea so dont be too surprised if you have problems with them. It may take you a while to find one that works for you but keep at it ! clap.gif
