i have come across a book that is ful of knowledge and excercises for people wanting to develop their spirit medium skills. :mf_w00t1
it is written by an English medium called Rosemary Altea and is called "You Own the Power"
Rosemary has also written several other books and i would recommend them to anyone on the spiritual path.
