HI EVERYONE!

The meet is only seven weeks away

I know that quite a few of you are keen to learn how to do your own Shamanic journeys

a few things are needed so ring along a notebook, pen, rattle and a small scarf. A scarf i can hear you asking not for tieing each other up... to cover our eyes to block out light. .This helps us to 'see' in the Shamanic world more clearly.

for all you artistic people... you can make your own rattle or purchase one.
There are some nice ones on NLH..

There will be a separate post on how to make your own rattle.

Spirit likes us to have fun when learning!!

The rattleing helps to call in the spirit... it also raises the energy...

you can also drum if you wish... bring your drum if you have one

Great ear & Laughingblossom have drums... live drumming is brilliant for journeying

Just been having a good laugh at the peeps messages, , YES!!!!! I shall bring my drum I also have some rattles and eye masks which I used to use when I did my circles Oh!!!!!!! boy thjis is going to be good , I am really getting excited I think I need someone to sit on me or I am going to take off, , Just say & I shall bring all that I have including MMMMMEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!,
Oh! I really must calm down its getting close have you got that drum sounding good GB, I am warming mine up as I said before it don't like being cold.

Doesn't time fly!!! Have a small rattle I purchased recently at a mind, body .spirit show so will bring that. Can't wait for the shaman workshop have been rattling around the corners of rooms at home, got to get some practice in haven't I .

Yes I will bbe bringing my camera, although the photo will have to be done after you've done your drumming, nothing on the market at the moment that can capture your aura without you being wired up somehow

Really stamping my little feet cos I can't come too!

This kind of thing just makes me think that living on an island can be really pants!

I'd love to meet all of you and drum my little heart out! I love drumming! Even did a night class once with Djembe drums, it was really powerful stuff.
