what can we use
anything!!! ribbons, coloured paper, beads, feathers,sequins for the more flambouyant....Reiki Sponge had a good suggestion, empty water bottle (no... not a hot water bottle
) and some dried peas... or dry rice.I was given a rattle by a friend on my shaman course, it was made from the plastic egg inside a kinder chocolate egg. Some dried rice was put inside the egg and it was sealed with glue... it made a lovely discreet rattle and did the same job as a louder one.
Your rattle is exclusive to you, so make it the way YOU want
And remember NLH shop has rattles for those who dont want to make one.(that plug must be worth a tenner at least GB)
